April 2021 TBR – Can I Finish Reading All of These Books?

In today's blog post, I talk about how bad 2021 has been so far and the books I want to read in April 2021. There are a couple of books that I brought in from March that I will finish before I start on the other books, but okay. I'm hoping to make April a better reading month than the sorry excuse of March was!

All the Books on My TBR – 470+ Books!

Every bookworm and book hoarder’s problem is that our to-be-read pile never seems to end. What’s more, we keep adding to these piles and then lament that we have nothing to read. Is it our fault? Absolutely not! Is it anybody else’s fault? Absolutely not! It’s just fate. Destiny. It’s written in the stars. That’s all. So it is with this "knowledge" that I list out all the 470+ books on my TBR in this post. Hope you like it!

Channel Memberships – The Next Step in my BookTube Journey!

I've started channel memberships on my channel. From April 2021 onwards, I will make bonus content for people who become channel members. The regular schedule will remain, but subscribers who are members will see a lot of extra, bonus videos – polls, posts, videos, book reviews, and vlogs – just for their eyes.

Weekly BookTube Video Roundup – March 1-7, 2021

I’m here today with the weekly roundup edition of my updates for you related to my BookTube channel. I had previously posted a February roundup blog post where I spoke about the videos that I uploaded to my BookTube in February. But this, I intend to do weekly, so that you are up to date about my content as and when I post them rather than a month after I do. 🙂

Videos I Posted to BookTube in February!

I’m starting this new series on my blog where I talk about the videos I post to my BookTube channel because I feel like you guys should also know what I’m doing in life when I’m not blogging. And this even more so when BookTube is such a huge part of my life and a huge part of who I am right now. If you'd like to stay updated with my videos, do subscribe to my channel - The Melodramatic Bookworm.

Romance Book Recommendations – A Few Days Too Late?

This post was supposed to have gone up on Valentine’s Day, just like the video I made, where I talk about some romance books and recommend them to you. But as always, I got sidetracked by a number of issues, and here I am, putting this up eons after it was supposed to have gone up. It is, I think, fitting enough that I talk about some amazing love stories that have touched me, made me cry, and sent dinosaur-sized butterflies rampaging through my stomach. Not all of the love stories are the mainstay of the books mentioned. Some of them could be subplots, but the pull these stories had for me was undeniable.

January 2021 Wrap Up – Starting and Ending the Month with Disappointments!

Oh hello, hello! I’m quite a few days late in posting this wrap up for January, but better late than never, right? That’s what I tell myself and until there’s something else that I come across that will assuage my guilt for being absent here, that’s how it’s going to be. XD I read 10 books in January – far fewer than what I wanted to. What’s more, I started and ended the month with disappointments. Not a big fan of constantly doing this but all the other books, I loved, so I guess I can’t really complain. 😀

February 2021 Reading Plans

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve talked about anything here and I love that this time, ‘hot minute’ doesn’t mean months. 😛 Today, I’d like to talk to you about my reading plans for February. These plans include books for Black History Month, a readathon I’m taking part in, the subscriber pick for the month, pending books from the earlier month/year, and a book for a blog tour that I am part of.

21 Books I Want to Read in 2021!

Another list that I should have published at the beginning of the year, but the first month of the year isn’t yet over, so I’m going to consider it a win. But it’s my blog and I think it goes without saying that I can post whatever I want, whenever I want without bothering about anything in the whole wide world. No? Just what I feel? Okay then. 😛

2021 Goals: Reading / Writing / Booktube / Bookstagram / Life Goals

Look who’s here with a super late blog post about goal setting for 2021! It meeee! See, technically, this blog post should have gone up in the first week of January. But I was so busy with posting videos to BookTube (I posted a goals video as well) that I didn’t pay heed to what was supposed to go up on the blog. But hey! We’re still in January! There’s hope yet. Right? Please tell me there is or I might break down. 🙂
