The month of July was a bit hectic for us because we were travelling to India and there was so much work to be done. So I was in an absolute rush to do a lot of things, including film my YouTube videos in advance so that I could schedule them for when we were gone. One of these videos was me reviewing my favorite books in one sentence each, a book recommendations project that I’d been planning for months before its time came.
Reviewing my favorite books in just one sentence each was going to be difficult, I knew when I decided to make it. But I hoped that by the end, I could convince the viewer to pick at least some of these up. And now, since I have the material, I thought why not put this up here on the blog as well!

My previous Recent Reads blog posts were reading wrap ups in which I talked about ALL the books I read in the mentioned months. But today, the content in here, while being a collection of mini book reviews, is also a random collection of books that I’ve read in recent times. I’ve reviewed these books on Instagram, also where these reviews are from. Yeah, I know, I’m a genius, reusing my content across platforms. 😛 The point is, I’m really proud of these reviews and wanted to share them with you here.
January 2021 Wrap Up – Starting and Ending the Month with Disappointments!
Oh hello, hello! I’m quite a few days late in posting this wrap up for January, but better late than never, right? That’s what I tell myself and until there’s something else that I come across that will assuage my guilt for being absent here, that’s how it’s going to be. XD
I read 10 books in January – far fewer than what I wanted to. What’s more, I started and ended the month with disappointments. Not a big fan of constantly doing this but all the other books, I loved, so I guess I can’t really complain. 😀
